We also need to collect from you supporting documents so we can examine your application for financing. All data you provide will be kept secure and confidential.
3. Present Loan Options
After you have provided all the relevant information, we analyse your results and search for the loan that best fits your needs.

4. Pre-approval
Once you've chosen the lender we will assist you with loan application completion and submit loan application on your behalf.

5. Approval
Once you have found a property to purchase or to build, the lender will arrange the property valuation.

After property valuation completed and all other conditions are met, the lender will issue an Unconditional approval.
6. Mortgage Documents
After formal approval received, the lender will send to you loan documents to sign.
